Manns Crossing is located north of 15-501 and US 64 and consists of 41 sites making the community set atop rolling hills. Originally planned in 2012, the sites have sold and what comprises the neighborhood are large homes on large lots. New home prices, floor plans, and amenities can vary due to the growth and custom home builder you choose, from lower 800,000s to one million and above.

While the neighborhood does not include community amenities, its location in between Pittsboro and Chapel Hill / Carrboro affords residents plenty of diversions. Some of the top recommendations in Pittsboro are The City Tap Brewery, Phoenix Bakery, and The Modern Life Deli. Downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro are also less than 15 minutes away as is Jordan Lake. For those who are moving with families, the school district is Chatham County. We cannot recommend this neighborhood and area enough to clients looking to build new homes. It has a great location, local amenities, and good schools.
