Andrew Palumbo, Real Estate Broker
Moving to Durham, North Carolina in 2007 was a big decision to make with my family. It has been a great experience living in the Raleigh-Durham area for the last several years. We have really enjoyed living in the Triangle area since the day we arrived. My kids are involved with sports and I spend my free time managing my kids soccer teams and volunteering on the Githens Middle School Athletic Booster Club. The family-centered lifestyle of the Triangle and work opportunities were some of the key reasons we moved down from Vermont. Plus we also are pretty happy with the warmer weather.
After growing up around the family business of real estate and construction, I became a licensed appraiser in 1993. My role expanded to assisting in general contracting services and in the late 1990s we sold the appraisal business and made real estate sales and residential construction the primary focus.
Working at My NC Homes is very fulfilling and I love helping our buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams. I use my knowledge and expertise in appraisals, construction, and the mortgage industry to guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process. My goal is to make every transaction as easy and rewarding as possible.
