After college I joined my father full time in his Real Estate and construction operations. At first I worked as a full time licensed appraiser as well as assisting in general contracting services. We gave up the appraisal business in the late nineties and focused primarily on Real Estate sales and residential construction. As the market is tourist base, we built condominiums, typical vacation homes, and grand scale luxury resort homes. Over the last decade most of our work was custom build, timber frame homes, which if you have never seen, is just a spectacular style of construction. My father carries on our family tradition today, and recently celebrated 40 years of real estate sales and construction in southern Vermont.
After too many long cold winters to count my wife and our two small children moved to Durham, North Carolina. After a quick stint in financial sales with Fidelity Investments here in Cary, I spent some time running a landscaping business with an old friend from Vermont who has been working in Durham and Chapel Hill for the last 15 years. This time allowed me to learn more about the surrounding areas and rejuvenate my passion for Real Estate. I now have over 25 years of Real Estate and construction experience to aid me in helping you with your Real Estate needs. Particularly my experience as an appraiser and general contractor give me insights to the market and homes themselves that a typical Real Estate agent does not have. I know what aspects of an area or a home can best drive demand. I have a hands on knowledge of the appraisal, mortgage and underwriting process. I can therefore more easily guide you through the purchase and sale process. I look forward to putting my experience to work for you.

We worked with Andrew Palumbo as our buyer's agent when looking for a home for our move from WV.
