Hi-Wire Brewing

Hi-Wire Brewing offers a diverse beer lineup and the Durham location is the second for the Asheville-born brew house. The warehouse location cannot be beat and it is a favorite of ours at My NC Homes. While you are there, order a pie from Cugino Forno, some of the best pizzas in the Triangle in an atmosphere that can't be beaten, according to our team member, Andrew Palumbo.
Ponysaurus Brewing

Ponysaurus Brewing is a favorite of My NC Homes, Larry Tollen. It offers a nice outdoor area and serves pizza that is a perfect accompaniment to their brews, even if you are more of a wine drinker, as Larry is, this is one of his favorite local microbreweries. He suggests the Export Stout!
Durty Bull Brewing Company

Durty Bull Brewing Company, located in Downtown Durham specializes in IPAs, lagers, and seltzers, and has a great events calendar. From Bachelorette viewings to Trivia nights, Dirty Bull is a real hub in Durham, for beer drinkers and non-beer drinkers!
The Glass Jug Beer Lab

The Glass Jug Beer Lab is a craft beer wine store and small-batch micro-brewery in the Research Triangle Park with a more upscale feel than traditional breweries and a rotating tap list that showcases their own creations as well as selections from other local breweries, this is a great date night and they have excellent education programming as well.
Bond Brothers Beer Company

Another more upscale brewery, Bond Brothers Beer Company is located in Cary, NC, and is a taproom dedicated to producing and offering high-quality ales, lagers, and sours. Bond Brothers Beer Company is a staple of the Triangle's craft beer scene and offers an online store with a variety of new products that often sell out.
Gizmo Brew Works

According to Andrew Palumbo, Gizmo Brew Works is located in a new development and a second floor with indoor and outdoor seating, offering incredible sunset views. In this complex, there are also food options making it a great evening all around. His recommendation is the BeeKeeper, with a touch of local honey.
Rosecomb Beer Garden

Rosecomb Beer Garden is centrally located in Cary, features lots of outdoor space, and has delicious food options. This is another great option according to Andrew. Cary is a great meeting point for friends in Chapel Hill and Durham and this beer garden is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon.
