We don't know about you, but we will take all the fresh starts, good luck, and cleaning out the house, we can get this year, to make it better than the past two! It's starting to feel like a whole new world as we settle into "social distancing" as a result of the COVID-19, or commonly referred to as Coronavirus. The Triangle area is fortunate to have the benefit of not only an earlier spring than most but also an abundance of outdoor activities.

According to an article from MentalFloss "Scientists think that breathing in phytoncides—airborne chemicals produced by plants - increases our levels of white blood cells, helping us fight off infections and diseases."
